Precision Mastery Engine (“PME”) · pmeindia.ai
Effective date: 27 June 2026 · Last updated: 27 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For this policy, the Data Fiduciary is Rupin Joshi, sole proprietor trading as Talent Vertex Partners.

1. Who we are

Rupin Joshi, sole proprietor trading as Talent Vertex Partners, GSTIN 09AUMPJ5110A1Z2, A3/605, 6th Floor, Cherry County, Ek Murti Chowk, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201306, India. Contact: [email protected].

2. The data we collect

3. Why we use it (purposes)

We use your data only for these purposes (purpose limitation) and collect only what is necessary (data minimisation).

4. Our lawful basis — your consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you create an account and accept this policy, and for the specific purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”); withdrawal may limit your ability to use PME.

5. Children’s data (users under 18)

We knowingly collect a child’s personal data only with verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. At sign-up we ask users to confirm their age, and where a user is a minor we require parental/guardian consent (for example, via the parent’s mobile/OTP or equivalent verification) before processing the child’s data. We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, profiling, or targeted advertising directed at children. A parent/guardian may review, correct or request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer.

6. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share student data across clients or with advertisers. We share data only with service providers who help us run PME, under appropriate safeguards — for example: our payment provider (Razorpay), cloud hosting (Render), and sign-in provider (Google). We may disclose data where required by law.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (such as access controls, encryption of sensitive fields, and hashed credentials) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to act promptly on any breach in line with our legal obligations.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion as described below.

9. Your rights

Subject to the DPDP Act, you (or a parent/guardian for a minor) have the right to: access a summary of your data; request correction or completion; request erasure; withdraw consent; nominate another person to exercise your rights; and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer below.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies/storage necessary to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

11. Grievance Officer

If you have any concern about your data, contact our Grievance Officer: Seema Joshi, Talent Vertex Partners — [email protected]. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within the timelines required by law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
