Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want PME to be fair and affordable. This policy explains cancellations and when refunds apply. PME access is a yearly digital subscription delivered electronically.

1. Pricing

PME is offered as a yearly (12-month) subscription, priced per exam plan and inclusive of applicable GST. The current price for each plan is shown on our Pricing page and at checkout — the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. All subscriptions are yearly and access does not auto-renew — you will not be charged automatically.

2. Cancellation

You may stop using PME at any time. Because access is sold as a fixed 12-month term that does not auto-renew, there is nothing to “cancel” to avoid future charges — your access simply ends when the term expires. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email with your order/payment reference and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment provider (Razorpay). Timing of the credit to your account depends on your bank/card issuer.
