PME is an AI-assisted exam-preparation tool for India’s JEE and NEET examinations. It diagnoses misconceptions, serves verified explanations, and tracks learning progress. PME is a study aid intended to support — not replace — a student’s own preparation, schools or teachers.
We do not guarantee any rank, score, selection, admission or examination outcome, and we make no promise of marks or results. Any performance estimates, “rank projections” or progress indicators shown in the product are indicative estimates for study guidance only and must not be relied upon as assured outcomes. Outcomes depend on each student’s own effort and many factors outside our control.
Many of our users are under 18 (“minors”). A minor may use PME only with the verifiable consent of, and under the supervision of, a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use PME, the parent/guardian accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf and confirms they consent to our processing of the minor’s data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, the minor must not use PME.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts and access keys are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, redistribute, sell or publicly share PME’s content or any part of the service; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying models, content corpus or method; (c) share or resell your account or access key; (d) use PME unlawfully, to harass others, or to disrupt the service; or (e) use automated means to access the service except as permitted.
All software, content, the question/misconception corpus, designs, text, graphics and the PME name and logo are owned by Rupin Joshi (t/a Talent Vertex Partners) and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PME for your own exam preparation during your access term. No other rights are granted.
PME uses third-party services including a payment gateway (Razorpay) and sign-in providers (e.g., Google). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
PME is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for access in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (including content theft, account sharing or misuse). You may stop using PME at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for any applicable refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction. We aim to resolve concerns amicably first — please contact our Grievance Officer below.
